Buckling Analysis
Buckling analysis predicts the critical load at which a structure becomes unstable and suddenly deforms laterally. Linear buckling solves an eigenvalue problem ([K] + λᵢ[Kₛ]){φᵢ} = {0}, where λᵢ is the load multiplier and the critical load is P_critical = λᵢ × P_applied.
